Design Process
Finding the right designer for your kitchen or bedroom renovation is crucial. Here is a breakdown of my design process, from what I need from you all the way to the finished product:
GET IN TOUCH
First, please get in touch via my contact form or book onto a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. This allows me to learn about your upcoming project and the help I can provide. During this early stage, it’s helpful to have as much information as possible so I can understand your likes and dislikes, lifestyle, reasons for renovating, and design preferences.
You can provide your own measurements or architect plans, or we can arrange for me to visit your property and complete a site survey (prices start from £100 plus travel expenses). This visit is a great opportunity to meet you, see your space, and discuss initial layout choices in person.
MEASURE YOUR SPACE
PACKAGES & PAYMENT
I offer several design packages. The 'Kitchen Starter Kit' starts from just £250 and includes an annotated floor plan for showrooms, elevations of each wall, and CGI renders to visualise your new space! Tailored services are also available and will be costed based on the time, size, and complexity of your project. Once a design package is agreed upon, all payments are required upfront before the design process begins.
I then get to work on your kitchen or bedroom design—this is the exciting part! I will provide you with a timeframe for when the initial concept, known as a 'preview,' will be sent to you. We can discuss any further amendments needed before proceeding to the rendering stage.
INITIAL CONCEPT
FINISHED DESIGN
You will then receive a tailored virtual design pack for all rooms designed, including:

Detailed Floor Plan with relevant annotations

Elevations of each wall

CGI visuals and Bird's-eye view of the space

CAD File (if needed)
Further amendments can also be arranged if required.
FINDING THE RIGHT SUPPLIER
Any renovation project can be stressful, so it's crucial to have the right team supporting you. Throughout your design process, I collaborate with you to identify the ideal supplier for your project, considering style preferences, budget constraints, and project requirements. Through my remote design service and podcast, I've cultivated a network of businesses across the UK that I can recommend if they align with your project needs.
I am always available to assist with any additional questions or concerns you may have at any point during your project.
Additional Rooms
It is not just kitchens we can help with! We regularly design Bedrooms, Boot Rooms, and Media Walls. Pricing is based on the size of the project, its complexity, and the level of involvement required. A multi-room discount is applied for all additional rooms. Please contact me for more information.
